Planning & Process
How far in advance should I book?+
For peak season (October to March), 6–9 months out is ideal. Off-season weddings (April to September) can be planned in 60–90 days.
Do you handle the entire wedding, or just one part?+
Both. We offer end-to-end planning (Signature & Royale packages) or single-service engagements (venue-only, decor-only, photography-only).
What is your discovery call like?+
60 minutes, on Zoom or in-person. We listen to your story, ask about non-negotiables, and sketch a rough plan. No charge, no obligation.
Will I be working with one person or a team?+
One dedicated lead planner is your single point of contact throughout. They draw on our 22-person team behind the scenes.
Pricing & Payment
Are prices on the Packages page final?+
They are starting points. Every wedding is bespoke, and your final quote depends on guest count, venue, season, and selected add-ons. The quote you receive is fixed and itemised.
What is your payment schedule?+
30% on signing the contract, 40% at T-60 days, 30% at T-7 days. All payments are tracked on your client dashboard.
Is there a refund policy?+
Yes. The first 30% is fully refundable up to 90 days out. The second tranche is subject to vendor commitments. Full schedule is in your contract.
Do you accept international payments?+
Yes — we accept SWIFT transfers, Wise, and major credit cards for international clients.
Venues & Destinations
Can I bring my own venue?+
Of course. We work with your venue choice and provide planning, decor, and execution services around it.
Do you only work in Jim Corbett?+
Yes. Jim Corbett is where we have spent twelve years building the deepest planner network in the region — from venue partners to local crews to the priests who know every Garhwali ritual. We focus there entirely so every wedding gets the benefit of that local depth.
Are your partner venues exclusive to you?+
No, but we have negotiated rates and priority booking at all 50+ partner properties.
On the Day
Will Ashish be at our wedding personally?+
Yes — every Signature and Royale wedding has Ashish on-site for the ceremony day.
What if it rains?+
Every Wedination plan includes a fully-designed rain backup. We rehearse it the day before, just in case.
How many crew will be on-site?+
From 4 (Intimate) to 25+ (Royale). All wear uniform, all carry radios, all know your run sheet by heart.
Do you handle guest emergencies (lost luggage, medical, etc.)?+
Yes. Our concierge desk handles everything from forgotten chargers to medical escalations.
